What to Expect in a Session
Each session is a gentle and respectful conversation where you can speak freely at your own pace. Together, we explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and care.

Sessions are conducted online via secure video call and typically last 60 minutes. They are available in English and Spanish.

What's the cost?
Session fees range from $100 to $120 per hour. Please contact us for detailed pricing and to discuss payment options.
Do you offer out of hours?
Yes. Just contact me, and I'll see what we can work out.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to someone else who may need support. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
